The on-campus room selection process has changed for Fall 2014,

and as a returning resident


But ONLY if you ACT NOW!

The online room selection process for returning residents will begin in mid-March.

To be eligible for PRIORITY room selection next month, you must complete your online housing application no later than February 28.

Don’t miss the deadline! Use the MyHousing option in VIP to apply for University Housing for the Fall 2014-Spring 2015 semesters.   

Returning students who do not complete a 2014-2015 housing application by February 28 will NOT be eligible for PRIORITY room selection. However, latecomers will be permitted to select a room at a future selection date. 

Four Semester Requirement:  Freshman who do not select a room on campus must lease at Vulcan Village for 2014-2015. 

Room selection is based on the date you paid your housing application, so don’t delay.

All University Housing applications for the 2014-2015 academic year MUST be completed online through the Vulcan Information Portal (VIP).


Here's how students can apply for University Housing online:

  Have a credit card or check ready, so you can pay the application fee.

  Log into your VIP account, then click on the "Housing and Dining" tab.

  Choose "MyHousing" to apply for residence hall housing

  Follow the instructions carefully; complete ALL required fields.

  Don't forget to select your meal plan.
