    Recreational Services and Healthy Habits presents:

    Fit Bit Thursdays!

    Weekly Fitness information delivered to your inbox.

     

    Register for a weekly email that will be sent to you each Thursday during the academic semester. Each will give you a bit of fitness information to help you build and expand your workouts.  Find new exercises, discover fitness trends, and learn proper form. You will see results when you mix up your workouts by incorporating new exercises targeting different muscle groups.
