CAL U Professors and CAL U Staff, are you interested in becoming a master at Garage Band on your Mac? Perhaps you want to learn and use the recording industry standard for editing and mastering sound files (Pro-Tools)? We are offering workshops this summer on GarageBand, Pro-Tools 101 and Pro-Tools 110. As a CAL U Employee we will offer the workshop to you at ½ price (for non-CAL folk it’s $500 per workshop—for you $250). Each workshop is one week long (Monday through Friday). You will work 8-10 hours a day on class and projects—it’s fairly thorough.
GarageBand — July 28 - Aug. 1
ProTools 101 — Aug. 4-8
ProTools 110 — Aug. 11-15
