BILLY MILLS - Olympic Gold Medalist, Author, & Inspirational Speaker

Former World Record Holder Billy Mills is the only American to ever win the Olympic 10,000 meter race. Billy, a former Marine and Native American from South Dakota, was a star athlete at Kansas and a virtual unknown on the international scene when he won the 1964 Olympic title in Tokyo, Japan.
Billy’s victory is considered by many experts to be the greatest upset victory in Olympic history. In 1983, a Hollywood movie was made about his life called Running Brave and in 2012 he received the Presidential Citizens Medal. This year Mills was awarded the highest NCAA honor,  the Theodore Roosevelt Award.
Billy, and his story, are extremely motivating and inspiring.
Don’t miss your chance to listen to one of the greatest U.S.
Olympians of all time.
