Holding your annual officer elections on OrgSync is easy!

You can use the Polls feature or you can use the Forms feature. Polls will only allow you to vote for one office per poll. Forms will allow you to do your full election in one form. SAI and Student Government use Forms to conduct their elections. You have probably already voted this way!

If you choose to use forms, follow these steps to set up an election:

1. Go to your club portal and click on "Forms" 
2. Click on the "Create a Form" button
3. Name your form (e.g. Fall 2014 Officer Elections) and give it a brief description
4. Click on " Create Page" and type a Page Name (e.g. Candidates)
5. Click on " Add Question" and choose "Multiple Choice" from the Element Builder list
6. Enter your Question Text (e.g. President)
7. Add candidates under the "Add Answer Choices"
8. Click  "Done" when you are finished adding choices.
9. Return to Step 5 and repeat until you are done adding questions/offices.
10. When your form/ballot is complete, click the green "Publish" button and you're done!
