Subject:  PEBTF Open Enrollment

 

It’s the time of year to review, update and make changes to your health plan selection and coverage for your dependents.  The PEBTF Open Enrollment Newsletter was sent out to all employees during the week of September 29th. 

 

Any changes to your health plan enrollment for January 1, 2015 must be made no later than November 7, 2014 through the Employee Self Service (ESS) tool at:  https://portal.passhe.edu/irj/portal

 

Please note:  the Aetna PPO and Aetna HMO plans are being made available during this open enrollment period as a result of the Highmark/UPMC non-contract renewal.  Aetna is accepted by UPMC providers and is a national plan.

 

The PEBTF is holding informational meetings as stated in their Open Enrollment Newsletter.  A recording of one of their meetings is expected to be available on their website by October 22nd.  To view the recorded meeting or for additional information on the Aetna plans and/or open enrollment please visit their site at:  www.pebtf.org.
