A special open enrollment period is being held as a result of the Highmark/UPMC non-contract renewal.
During this open enrollment period you can review, update and make changes to your health plan selection and coverage for your dependents. The PASSHE Health Program Open Enrollment Newsletter was sent to your university e-mail address on Friday, October 10, 2014. Any changes to your health plan enrollment for January 1, 2015 must be made no later than November 7, 2014 through the Employee Self Service (ESS) tool at: https://portal.passhe.edu/irj/portal
No action is required if you are keeping the same health plan coverage. If you require information or assistance regarding your health plan enrollment and coverage for your dependents, please contact me at extension 4427 or e-mail balla@calu.edu.
