CRIME ALERT
On Aug. 31, 2010, at approximately 11:15-11:30 a.m., an alleged crime of indecent assault at the Mid-Mon Valley Transit Authority Route 88 Park-and-Ride was reported to the California Borough Police.
California Borough Police are investigating, and University Police are cooperating with the investigation.
Anyone who may have witnessed this incident should call University Police at 724-938-4299 or Borough Police at 724-938-3233.
Use caution when traveling in the area of the alleged crime. For safety, travel with friends.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal mandate requiring all institutions of higher education that participate in the federal student financial aid program to disclose information about crime on their campuses and in the surrounding communities. Under the Clery Act, when the University becomes aware of a serious crime or an alleged crime, the University community is notified about the facts that are known, and provided with updates as they become available. This "timely warning" is provided with the safety of our University community in mind.
