Maj. Gen. Donna F. Barbisch ’84, director of the Institute for Global and Regional Readiness, and special agent Mark Camillo ’76, a security professional who specializes in emergency preparedness operations, will headline the fifth annual Conference on Homeland and International Security, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 25 in the Performance Center.
