UPDATE: SEASON ENDS FOR SOFTBALL TEAM
April 30, 2012
After a loss to West Virginia Wesleyan, the Cal U softball team ended its season, falling to Lock Haven 6-3 in the semifinal round of the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional contest. The Vulcans close the season with a 33-10 record.

The Department of Theatre and Dance looks at the world of theater from a backstage perspective when it presents Noises Off!, the final production of the 2012 spring season. Curtain time is 8 p.m. April 19 and April 20, and 2 and 8 p.m. April 21 in Steele Hall's Mainstage Theatre.

MAGERS NAMED ACADEMIC FELLOW BY POLICY INSTITUTE

Homeland security expert and assistant professor Dr. Jeffrey Magers has been named an academic fellow by the nonpartisan Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. Through the fellowship, Magers will attend a terrorism studies program in Israel.
