TEACH-IN DISCUSSES AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

Despite recent fumbles in the launch of its website, the Affordable Care Act promises to make major changes in the health care industry.  But how is the health care market different from most, and what are the future goals of the act? 

Find out at an Affordable Care Act teach-in planned for 11 a.m. Nov. 21 in Duda Hall, Room 103. Dr. Kelton Edmonds of the Department of History and Political Science will serve as moderator for the event. Panelists will give brief presentations on these topics:

A question-and-answer session will follow. Student participation is encouraged.

This American Democracy Project event is free and open to the public. Co-sponsors are the Department of History and Political Science and the College of Liberal Arts.

Visitor parking is available in the Vulcan Garage, off Third Street near the campus entrance.
