Spring 2015 Early Childhood Science and Nature Mini-Conference
8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. May 30
Cal U Convocation Center, North Wing

Educators can pick up tips for integrating math and science with language and literacy in the early childhood setting when they attend this one-day mini-conference at California University of Pennsylvania.

The program is presented by:

  • Southwest Regional Key, which provides support for early childhood education in Allegheny, Bedford, Fayette, Greene, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
  • California University’s Department of Childhood Education.

Speakers include faculty members Dr. Clover Wright and Dr. William Hug. 

Funding is provided by Southwest Regional Key, a regional division of PA Keys, an organization affiliated with the state Office of Child Development and Early Learning.

Admission to this professional development program is free, and the public is welcome to attend.

Early childhood educators may receive 6 PQAS or Act 48 hours.
