Please Note: Military students who are utilizing the Tuition Assistance (TA) program must submit their TA forms prior to the start of each term the student plans to attend. The TA form must be submitted prior to the start of each term to be eligible for in-state rates for that term. In addition, the billing amount that TA will not be covering is the student's financial responsibility and must be paid in full by the due date of each term.

Global Online students should fax the Tuition Assistance (TA) form to 724-938-4270, Attn: Debbie or email as a PDF attachment to durigon@calu.edu. In addition, the documents for Active Duty verification should be faxed to Robert Prah, Director of Veteran's Affairs at 724-938-1569 and/or emailed to vet_affairs@calu.edu.

Please note:  The difference/amount that your Army TA will not cover is your financially responsibility and is due upfront by the due date and/or start of each semester.  It is the soldier's/student's responsibility to know who much the Army will be submitting in TA per semester.  You can view your status of TA via your GoArmyEd Portal account.  In addition, you can view your CALU billing statement via Student Services as well as make the payment at SISWeb.
