Military Tuition & Financial Aid
Active-duty military students, dependents
and/or spouses enrolled in Global Online programs are eligible for the in-state
tuition rate plus applicable fees based on enrollment status.

for your convenience, the Vulcan Information Portal (VIP) gives you access to your
own personal financial aid and billing information. To access our Vulcan
Information Portal (VIP) website, click here: VIP Portal Link Your
Username is the first part of your email address (without the @calu.edu). Your
password is your email account password. If you have not obtained your email
address/password, go to the homepage and click on Quick Links and select Get
Campus Username and Password
Global Online students should fax the TA form to 724-938-4270, Attention: Jessica Chill-Harbulak, or e-mail (as a PDF attachment) to chillharbulak@calu.edu.
Note: The difference/amount that your Army TA will not cover is your financial responsibility and is due up front by the due date and/or start of each semester. It is the soldier's/student's responsibility to know how much the Army will be providing in TA per semester. You can view your status of TA via your GoArmyEd Portal account. In addition, you can view your Cal U billing statement via the VIP website as well as make the payment at VIP Portal Link
