Michael Pecosh, a Cal U student in Counselor Education program. Washington, Pa.

Counselor Education Post Master's Program

I chose the Counselor Ed program because I wanted to make a living helping people.  What I liked most about my graduate program were (and still is!) my professors—men and women who I continue to think of as mentors and friends.

I found friendships, relationships, and opportunities as a result of attending Cal U.

“The top three benefits that I received by attending Cal U Global Online are:

  1. While there are plenty of opportunities and myriad options and thousands of people, there is also a “hometown” feel about the campus, the people, and the town.
  2. The relationships that one can cultivate at the school, with peers, faculty, staff, and alumni.
  3. The education and training that I received at Cal U was second-to-none.

It is not an over-statement to say that, if I hadn’t attended Cal U, I wouldn’t be the person that I am today.
