How to View Your Transfer Credit Evaluation Online

The Office of Articulation and Transfer Evaluation has recently evaluated your transcript(s) and applied your transfer credits to your intended degree requirements. To access your degree audit, you will need two numbers: your Student CWID, listed on your acceptance letter from the Cal U Admissions Office, and your PIN, listed on your Financial Aid letter, which is typically mailed within one week of your acceptance letter.

Once you receive your PIN, you may view your degree audit by following the steps listed below:

1.       Go to the website https://sisweb.calu.edu (This link will open a new window).

2.       Click on Enter Student Services.

3.       Enter your Student CWID (eight digits) and PIN (six digits). Your PIN will be mailed to you in a separate letter for security purposes.

4.       Click on Student Records at top of screen.

5.       Click on Degree Audit.

6.        The major you indicated on your application should be displayed under "Major 1." If this is not your intended major, contact the Admissions Office at 724-938-4404 or 1-888-412-0479 to have your major changed.

7.       Click on "Submit" and your degree audit will appear.

  • Section 1 "Select Student Data" (includes your name, date of birth, etc.)
  • Section 2 "Academic Requirements Remaining" (indicates what courses you still need to take to earn your degree)
  • Section 3 "Academic Requirements Completed or in Progress" lists all of your transfer credits and how they apply to your major)
  • Section 4 "Work Not Applicable to this Program" (may include developmental and other courses not counted toward graduation)

8.       Click on "Exit," on the upper right corner of the screen, to exit.

Unable to log on once you receive your PIN? Call the Help Desk at 724-938-5911, or e-mail helpdesk@cup.edu.

If you have problems running the degree audit, please contact the Registrar's Office at 724-938-5700.

If you have questions or would like to appeal the transfer evaluation, contact the Transfer Evaluation Office by phone at 724-938-5939 or e-mail at transfer@cup.edu.

PLEASE NOTE:  Admission to a specific curriculum and acceptance of transfer credits in that curriculum shall be determined by the University at the time of your enrollment based upon the same established criteria required for current students. Transfer courses with an earned grade lower than a "C" may need to be repeated, based on degree requirements.
