Welcome to the Department of Justice, Law & Society. We are pleased that you have taken this opportunity to learn about our Department.

Our various degree programs are designed to provide students with the education, training and skills necessary to deal with diverse issues in criminal justice, law, sociology, criminology, anthropology, security studies, and forensic sciences. California University's Women's Studies program and the Leadership Studies program (Leadership Minor) are also academic programs within the Department of Justice, Law & Society. We have highly-qualified and dedicated full-time professors with terminal degrees in their fields and real world professional experience as well as outstanding part-time instructors. Students have access to excellent advisement for planning academic programs, and real-world internships, that meet their individual and career needs.

We hope you will visit us and consider joining our department. We will be happy to talk to you about various program options available to the students. We look forward to working with you.
