Bachelor of Science in Geology
Geology is the study of the earth's history and the processes that shape the earth today. Our B.S. in geology offers a well-rounded background for entry-level employment in environmental, energy or engineering fields or for admission into a graduate program in geology.
The geology program is designed to provide you with opportunities to acquire lab and field experience, learn geological principles and historical perspectives, become familiar with methods of geological research, and obtain interpretive skills necessary to work independently in geological literature, geological laboratories, and at sites of geological interest.
