You've been officially accepted to PennWest California: Congratulations and welcome!

To get the right start, follow the checklist below for what you need to do before you start at PennWest California.  Be sure to have your CWID, which is in your acceptance letter: You'll need the CWID to take your next steps.

Next Steps

1. Complete your FAFSA

2. Set up your password and access your pennwest.edu email account.
3. Submit your $100.00 Advanced Tuition Deposit

This confirms your attendance to PennWest California & will be subtracted from your first semester bill.

4. Log in to myPennWest

myPennWest

myPennWest is your very own portal to your financial aid, billing, class schedule, housing and more.

5. Complete your housing and meal plan contract

myPennWestVIP

The housing and meal plan contracts are typically open in the fall semester for new students (coming in March).

Required only for on-campus students.

Commuter students may complete a meal-plan contract.

6. Sign up for New Student Orientation (NSO)

$100.00 Advanced Tuition Deposit is required to sign-up

ALL NEW STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND NSO

Final transcripts (both college and/or high school) must be submitted to admissions@pennwest.edu

Discuss billing and payment plan arrangements with studentaccounts@pennwest.edu

Questions regarding your financial aid award package can be addressed to finaid-cal@pennwest.edu

Medical Information Form must be completed prior to move-in (on-campus students only)
