On-Campus Undergraduates
You've been officially accepted to Cal U: Congratulations and welcome!
To get the right start, follow the checklist below for what you need to do before you start at Cal U. Be sure to have your CWID, which is in your acceptance letter: You'll need the CWID to take your next steps.
Under each step, you'll see a link or an email address for more information. If you need more help, just ask your admissions counselor or email admissions@calu.edu.

Take Important First Steps
- Submit your $100 advanced tuition deposit.
- Review Cal U scholarships.
- Set up your campus email account.
- Log in to Vulcan Information Portal (VIP).
- Finalize your housing and meal plan.
- Sign up for New Student Orientation.

Send in Key Documents
- Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Submit your final transcripts to admissions@calu.edu
- Submit your Medical Information Form.

Prepare for Move-In Day
- Attend New Student Orientation to confirm your schedule and get all the information, resources and tools to make a successful transition to college life.
- Settle your bill balance or set up a payment plan.
