An Evening of Creativity

The Department of Music and Theatre at Cal U will open its 2017 fall theater season with “An Evening of Creativity” at 7 p.m. Oct. 5-6, and at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Oct. 7 in the Gerald and Carolyn Blaney Theatre in Steele Hall.
The first of five one-acts performed will be Bobby’s Ballet Lesson, written by sophomore theater major Alyssa Freeman.
The act introduces Leah and her friend from ballet class, whom Leah realizes is a little different from everyone else. This heartfelt story presents autism in a beautiful light and shows how a little kindness can go a long way.
