Program Description

The Management concentration of the MBA program delves deeper into competencies related to leadership, management and administration. It refines organizational problem-solving skills, exploring how to ethically lead — and follow.

Students in this concentration:

  • Identify examples of good and bad leadership behavior and develop personal development goals.
  • Use research to support decision-making and problem-solving processes.
  • Learn how to effectively use project management tools to meet goals on time and within budget.
