My name is Robert Prah and I am the Director of Veteran's Affairs at California University of Pennsylvania. I have served as the Director of Veteran's Affairs since 2007. I have over 7 years experience in working with Veterans education programs. In addition to serving as the Director, I serve with various community organizations such as the California American Legion Post 377, Student Veterans of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Military Officers Association of America, Reserve Officers Association, and several others. On campus, I serve as the Veterans Club Advisor as well as the Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity campus advisor. I am also an Officer serving with HHC/2IBCT, in Washington, Pa, as part of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team. I have served in the Army National Guard for over 13 years and have experience in the Intelligence community as well as the Infantry. My name is Carolyn Clements and I am the Assistant Director - Military Coordinator for the Global Online at California University of Pennsylvania. I serve as the primary military point of contact for students enrolled in the Global Online programs and also the point of contact for academic program coordinators, admissions counselors (undergraduate and graduate) and other academic support areas. I assist regarding applications to California University of Pennsylvania, acceptance and registration data for all online students. I am currently serving as a Battalion S1 Officer for the 328th Brigade Support Battalion in the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team. I have served in the Army National Guard for over 7 years and have experience as a Human Resource Officer, Resilience Trainer and Suicide Intervention Officer / Instructor. In addition, I am a member of the American Legion, Military Officers Association of America and National Guard Association of the United States. My name is Staff Sgt. Jesse Maund and I'm the Cal U Career Counselor / Cadre with the Cal U Army R.O.T.C. I have been working at Cal U since 2012. In addition to serving as the Career Counselor, I serve with various community organizations such as the California American Legion Post 377, Student Veterans of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and several others. I have served in the Army National Guard for over 13 years and have experience as a scout in both HHC/1-110 IN & C/2-104 CAV. My most recent position was as a team leader in D/112 (AT), 56 SBCT. I look forward to working with all Veterans and future leaders of our United States through the Army R.O.T.C. program. Hello, my name is Lee Means and I am a junior at California University of Pennsylvania. I am enrolled in the Social Work program. I graduated from Brownsville Area High School in 2003 and enlisted in the Marine Corps directly after high school. Within my 8 years of service, I have attended several leadership and trade schools such as foreign weapon instructors course, non-lethal weapons and basic Arabic. While serving under 2nd Battalion 8th Marines, I was deployed to Al Anbar Province, Iraq from 2007 to 2008 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and in 2009 I was deployed to the Helmand Province, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2011, I was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. Also at Cal U, I've assisted in coordinating the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge testing in 2012 and 2013 on campus and at the Westmoreland County Community College Public Safety Training Center's range. I currently live in Adah, Pa. Within my time here on campus, I am looking forward to assisting other Veterans during their transition to college.

My name is Timothy Dawson and I am a freshman at California University of Pennsylvania. With three years of welding experience and four years of Naval service including five deployments, I am continuing my education at California University of Pennsylvania for Technology Management. Having left the military to become a college student, I know the steps necessary for a smooth transition and am looking forward to helping Veteran students as well as the Veterans Affairs team.

My name is Cris Frost and I am a sophomore at California University of Pennsylvania. I am a graduate of Susquehannock High School. I joined the Pennsylvania Army National Guard in 2009 and attended basic combat training at Ft. Benning, GA, and also advanced individual training at Ft. Sill, OK. I am currently assigned to A/1-108 FA in Hanover, Pa as a cannon crew member. My major is justice studies with a focus in homeland security. I currently reside in California, Pa. This is my second semester as a VA work study student in the Office of Veterans Affairs. I am involved with the Veterans Club and Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. I have also assisted as Cadre during the 2012 and 2013 Cal U German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge testing. I look forward to assisting and supporting all Cal U of Pa Veterans.

My name is Zachariah Graybill and I am a Senior at California University of Pennsylvania. I am currently a Justice Studies major with a concentration in Homeland Security. I achieved my A.A.S. degree in the Administration of Justice in May 2011. I joined the Pennsylvania National Guard in 2012 and attended OSUT at Ft. Benning, GA. I am currently assigned to B/1-110 in Waynesburg, PA. I reside in Brownsville, PA and this is my first semester working for the Veteran’s Affairs. I competed in the GAFPB testing in 2013. I look forward to assisting and supporting all of the Veterans attending Cal U.

I graduated from Jefferson Morgan High School, and enlisted in the Army National Guard in October 2011. I am an Infantryman attached to B/1-110 IN, in Waynesburg, PA. This is my second semester as a VA work study student. I am in ROTC, the Vets Club, and a brother of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. I also was cadre in the 2013 Cal U German Armed Forces Profeciency Badge. I look forward to working with the many veterans of California University this semester.

I was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009 and enrolled at Cal U immediately following my return. I am now serving in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. I look forward to working with other Veterans on our campus.

Along with my work study in the VA office, I continue working my work study at Herron Gym Rockwall. I look forward to helping the current and future Veterans at Cal U.
