Office of Continuous Improvement
This office provides leadership in assessing institutional effectiveness and in identifying areas for continuous improvement activities.
Its staff organizes and administers satisfaction surveys of University stakeholders, such as students, faculty, staff and alumni. They conduct online surveys and polls to provide current data for decision-making.
Additionally, the office facilitates the analysis of University work processes and procedures with the goal of improving performance and customer satisfaction.
The Office of Continuous Improvement has conducted web-based surveys at Cal U since 2003. These controlled, quick and accurate polls produce credible data for University decision-making and for continuous improvement efforts.
All survey requests must be made through the director of Continuous Improvement and the President's Office. Request assistance with a survey.

Electronic Suggestion Box
Since 2001, the Electronic Suggestion Box has allowed students, faculty, staff and others to submit suggestions for continuous improvement through Cal U's website.
Each suggestion is shared with the appropriate administrators. The person making the suggestion receives feedback from the Office of Continuous Improvement or a designee. Make a suggestion.
