Sponsored Programs & Research

The Office of Sponsored Programs & Research assists with all aspects of grant applications and funding opportunities, including identifying funding sources, helping with proposal development and submission, and providing post-award guidance and support.

Institutional Review Board (IRB)

The Cal U Institutional Review Board is a standing committee, constituted according to federal regulations, that is responsible for ensuring that the rights and welfare of human research participants are protected. No research involving human subjects may be undertaken at Cal U without prior review by the IRB.

Faculty Professional Development Center (FPDC)

The Faculty Professional Development Center facilitates professional development opportunities that encourage faculty to engage in collaborative efforts related to teaching, scholarship, service and grant development.

Students who left school before completing a college degree can get back on track with The Finish Line. Cal U's new degree completion program evaluates your credits and maps out an efficient, affordable plan for earning your diploma.
The annual pre-holiday sale of student-made pottery will be held Dec. 1-3 in the Ceramics Studio, near Vulcan Hall. Handcrafted mugs, bowls, vases and more are available for sale to the public, as well as the campus community.
Upcoming Events
Due to Thanksgiving Break there will be no classes at Cal U's main campus or Southpointe site from Nov. 25-30. Classes will resume on Dec. 1.

The annual pre-holiday Student Pottery Sale will be held from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Dec. 1 and from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Dec. 2-3 in the Ceramics Studio, CER 100, near Vulcan Hall.
