Assessment Policies and Procedures

Introduction

PennWest California’s success in achieving its overall mission and strategic goals is dependent on the quality of its individual academic, student support, and administrative services. All academic and administrative units on campus identify their intended outcomes, develop a plan to measure them, assess their achievement, and then use the results to make improvements. The following sections provide information for use by faculty and staff in assessing the effectiveness of their units and reporting the results as required for University continuous improvement and accountability purposes.
