Biography

Dr. Riley's general area of interest includes the history/philosophy of recreation and leisure, commercial recreation and tourism, special event planning in recreation settings, social equity in parks and recreation, recreation programming, recreation management, and trends in recreation and leisure. Within this general area, she is interested in policy administration, off-highway vehicle use, visitor satisfaction, social carrying capacity, crowding and coping behaviors, and recreation management tactics.
