Biography

Since 2001, Christina has served as a wellness and career coach whose clients are professionals involved in the care or growth of others. With her intuitive approach and more than 15 years of experience, Christina helps her clients discover how to live resiliently in the areas of career, wellness, and personal/professional development.

 

Christina carries a number of health and wellness coaching credentials including NBC-HWC, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, BCC, Board Certified Coach, and MCC, Master Certified Coach, through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Christina also serves as a coach trainer, practical examiner and mentor coach for the International Coach Federation and for Wellcoaches School of Coaching.

 

In addition to her work with PennWest California, she is a faculty member for the graduate programs in Exercise Science & Sports Studies at Ithaca College, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, she's also been on faculty with the Wellcoaches School of Coaching since 2004, and she is a Learning Consultant for OhioHealth in Columbus, Ohio.

 

The Wellcoaches Training Program is built upon the Coaching Psychology Manual and was the first coaching textbook in healthcare and wellness. Christina is a member of the International Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaching and the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

 

Additionally, Christina founded Performance IMPursuit Inc. in 1996, which speciliazes in training and development for organizations, and she is actively involved in instructional design, facilitation, and consulting to create online, instructor-led, and mobile education for organizations in various industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, retail, financial, academic, technology, fitness, nutrition, etc.) Her corporate clients included OhioHealth, Limited Brands, Honda, Bath & Body Works, Nationwide Insurance, and Tween Brands.

 

Christina's experience engaging students and clients in resilience based coaching to learn and develop personally and professionally includes coaching graduate students, physicians, entrepreneurs, managers, trainers, healthcare providers, psychologists, nurses, etc. and she is a mentor coach for aspiring coaches.
