Biography

Dr. Gruber is a professor in the Department of Counselor Education. She has worked at PennWest California since 1988. Prior to fall 2004, she worked in the University Counseling Center with students in mental health counseling, and she also coordinated the drug and alcohol programs on campus. She is a facilitator for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People workshops. During her tenure at PennWest California, she has been active in numerous professional development, grants, and University and community service activities.
