Biography
Throughout his career, Dr. Stetar has been employed through several mediums of music. He began as director of music ministries at St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church, where he was artist in residence playing all services and conducting all choirs for the parish.
In 2001, Frank became the director of bands and music educator for California Area School District. Throughout his tenure, he directed the high school concert, marching and jazz bands; taught all instrumental music classes, high school music history and theory; middle school general music; directed the high school senior class musical; and adjunct administration work as a principal on occasion.
