Biography
Dr. Li joined the chemistry and physics department of PennWest California in 2008. Dr. Li has previously worked on chemical analysis of air pollutants when she was a research associate at Rutgers University. She collaborated with Department of Environmental Protection of New York State on researches on air quality in the New York City metropolitan area. Dr. Li developed a new research interest in occupational health and collaborated with National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health at Pittsburgh site since 2009. Dr. Li is currently collaborating with researchers in West Virginia University to develop a new analytical protocol for identifying pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables.
Dr.Li teaches general chemistry, environmental chemistry, chemistry laboratory and research.

Chemical analysis of environmental samples from air, water and soil.
