Biography

Dr. Twiss' expertise is in research, program evaluation and community practice. She has been teaching in the field of social work since 1993 and has held prior appointments in the MSW program at Marywood University, and the Department of Social Work, West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She joined the Cal U faculty in 1999.
