Sabrina Hykes-Davis

Sabrina Hykes-Davis is primarily a scenic and props designer but has worked in many other areas of technical theatre. She believes in the educational value of theatre and has worked with students of all ages at various schools and theatre programs including the Mon Valley Performing Arts Academy , Seneca Valley High School , Morgantown Theatre Company and Saltworks Theatre Company . She served as an AmeriCorps Vista, writing grants and facilitating programming for KEYS and the Braddock Youth Project . She has designed locally for Jumping Jack Theatre, Stage 62 and South Park Theatre. She has worked nationally for theatres including Horse Cave Theatre in KY and Pendragon Theatre in NY as well as internationally for Das Letzte Kleiniod in Geestenseth , Germany .


Research Interests

Green theatre, immersive theatre for sensory impaired audiences, theatre for youth.
