About the speaker
Chaney lives in West Virginia and is an attorney for the FBI. He has served as a tribal prosecutor, handling crimes for the Jicarilla Apache Nation and the Southern Ute Tribe.
He also prosecuted federal crimes for the Navajo Nation and the Uintah & Ouray Ute Tribe.
For two years, Chaney was in charge of law enforcement and corrections programs for the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
