TV Spot Focuses on Adult Learners

The 30-second commercial was created by Cal U’s creative services and marketing teams, in collaboration with A to Z Communications.

A new television ad that begins airing this week points adult learners toward Cal U.

It complements the University’s new Build You advertising campaign, and focuses specifically on potential graduate students and other adult learners. These “nontraditional” students have become an important part of Cal U’s student population, whether they study on campus or online.

Ads designed to appeal to recent high school graduates will debut later this fall.

Look for Cal U’s TV spot on WPXI-TV, especially around shows that have become appointment viewing for families and young adults, such as “This Is Us,” “The Voice” and various sporting events. The ad also will appear on a variety of cable and satellite dish networks.
