The PSAC leads all Division II conferences in recipients.
A total of 72 California University of Pennsylvania student-athletes, representing
all sports, recently earned Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA5) Academic
Achievement Awards for the past academic year.
The Academic Achievement Awards is a program that recognizes the academic accomplishments
of student-athletes at the NCAA Division II level. In order to receive the Academic
Achievement Award, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average of
3.50 or higher, have attended a minimum of two years (four semesters) of college and
have been an active member of an intercollegiate team during their last academic year.
The Cal U student-athletes were part of 975 Academic Achievement Award honorees from
the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). Overall, a total of 185 institutions
and a 11,600 student-athletes were recognized.
