The leadership of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education will meet Oct. 16-17.
The Board of Governors is meeting at Kutztown University. The meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday. A video stream from PCN TV will be available starting approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of each day's sessions. No registration or sign-in is required to view the livestream.
