The counselors in the Admissions Office launch Facebook Live sessions to keep the college search process on track for high school students.
Counselors in the Admissions Office at California University of Pennsylvania are hosting Facebook Live sessions at 2:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Participants are invited to ask counselors questions related to the admissions process. Questions as the Facebook Live sessions debuted Monday included placement testing procedures, meal plans, residence hall placements, and the calendar for fall.
"We want to be sure the college search process can continue for prospective students,” said Amanda Magdic, associate director in the Office of Admissions. “We’ve scheduled some evening events, too, so that we can get parents and families involved in the process.”
