Representatives from various Cal U offices will be in the Natali Student Center on March 19.
The Office of Academic Success wants students to be “Cal U Ready” to register for 2020 Fall Semester classes.
A “Kick-Start Your Success at Cal U” beach party will be held 9 a.m.-3 p.m. March 19 in the Heritage Lounge Natali Student Center to prepare students for the fall term, which begins Aug. 24.
Students may begin to register for fall classes the week of April 6 based on earned credits.
Students can ask questions and receive advice about the registration process from the following areas: Scheduling Center, Success Center, Student Accounts, Housing, Placement Testing, Career and Professional Development Center, Financial Aid, PSECU Financial Education Center, and the bookstore.
The mission of the Office of Academic Success is to foster and support students in all phases of their academic endeavors by providing comprehensive programs, resources and assistance.
“We want to make the scheduling process as easy as possible for our students,” said Amanda Rbaibi, academic counselor in the Office of Academic Success.
The event will include free food, prizes and giveaways for students. Ten students will be chosen to be the first to register for fall classes.
