A fall tradition continues Sept. 25-26 with sessions and events to keep Cal U, families and students connected.
Family Weekend — a great fall tradition at Cal U — will be held Sept. 25-26 in a virtual format.
“Family Weekend has always been a great time for Cal U students to show their families what they have been up to around campus and introduce them to the new friends, professors and staff members they’ve met in their first month at the University,” said Melissa Dunn, director of Student Activities and Leadership.
“This doesn’t have to stop while the University is operating remotely this fall.”
Cal U plans several events for our Vulcans and their families this year:
7 p.m. Sept. 25: Family bingo at boomboombingo.com/CalU.
10:30-11:30 a.m. or 1-2 p.m. Sept. 26: Join staff members from Student Affairs staff and the Parent and Family Portal for a discussion about the fall semester. 7 p.m. Sept. 26: Join the “Win $#!+ from Home Virtual Game Show,” designed to get students and families together to interact with each other and the campus.
