Virtual recognition of Cal U's student leaders is planned April 27-May 1.
The Office of Student Affairs will honor student leadership and service to Cal U with virtual Outstanding Student Leader Awards events.
Celebrating the successes of numerous student leaders across all departments, Student Affairs will post videos announcing the awards and winners to social media accounts April 27-May 1. “With Student Affairs it’s always students first and we don’t just say that it’s what we are all about,” said Diane Hasbrouck, the director for the Center for Volunteer Programs and Service Learning. “Our students are so engaged, and invest so much time, energy, and hard work year-round, even more so during this challenging time, working online to keep supporting their areas.
“We wanted to make sure they are recognized and appreciated for what they do.”
Virtual Student Recognition Week committee members were Diane Hasbrouck, Pam Delverne, Cody Deitz, Tammy Clark, and Brenda DePaoli.
