Registration for the Spring 2022 semester is right around the corner, and the Office of Academic Success will be hosting an event to make sure students are prepared.

The Cal U Ready event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 21 in the Natali Student Center.

General registration for the spring semester at Cal U opens for current students on Nov. 1.

Students can ask questions and receive advice on course scheduling from the following areas: Success CenterStudent AccountsHousingPlacement TestingCareer and Professional Development Center, Financial Aid, TRIO, peer mentoring, PSECU Financial Education Center and the bookstore

When a student visits an office at Cal U Ready, they will receive a stamp for their “passport.” Full passports may be redeemed for a “midterm survival kit,” and students will be eligible for a prize drawing.

“Although it’s designed to be fun and interactive, students are learning about the scheduling process and the importance of being proactive when it comes to scheduling courses,” said Terry Carnathan, an academic counselor in the Office of Academic Success.
