A friendly reminder that the Healthy U program must be completed by May 31, 2018 in order to receive the lower contribution rate, which goes into effect with the first full pay period in July, 2018.
You (and your spouse, if applicable) must earn 70 points each to qualify for the reduced health care premium. If one of you experiences issues when attempting to log on using the same computer as your spouse, you will have to delete cookies and cache.
The web address is www.highmarkblueshield.com; log in, then click on “Wellness”. The links for the Wellness Profile and Rewards Program are under the Web MD Health Services image. Please do not forget that you must complete both the Wellness Profile and Rewards Program to earn the required 70 points.
*The Wellness Profile must be completed, which is worth 30 points. Please do not be confused with the score you receive after completing the Wellness Profile, which is based on your answers.* When you have answered all questions you will be taken back to the height/weight screen, click on Save & Finalize. There will be a few more questions to answer before your Wellness Profile is complete.
After clicking on the Rewards Program, you will need to scroll down to where you will find a list of examinations and activities for which you will have to click on “I Did This” or “Do It” to the right of the items of your choice. For examination certifications you will be asked to enter the date. For activities, such as using the symptom checker or reading a health topic you will have to follow the instructions to complete that activity.
If an activity has been completed in June, 2017 you will need to enter July 1, 2017 as the completion date in order to receive the credit for the current Healthy U program year.
When you have earned the required 70 points you will receive a “Hooray” message. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided.
