The Office of University Development and Alumni Relations is seeking a work study qualified student to fill a Phonathon/Student Caller position in the department’s Call Center.
Phonathon Student Callers contact alumni, parents, and friends of the University to share updates and news from Cal U, to further build and strengthen their relationship with the University, while asking for their support and financial commitment to California University of Pennsylvania. The main focus is helping to achieve fundraising goals.
The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment. Goal driven, enthusiastic students who have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking on the telephone are encouraged to apply.
Day and evening hours are required.
Non calling period - Daytime hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (based on class schedule)
Calling period - Evening hours will be required (2 nights per week between 4 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.)
