December 22 will be the final pay date of 2017. Employees receiving paper checks may pick their checks up at our office (Dixon 415). Due to Christmas break, any checks not picked up by 9 am of Dec 22nd, will be mailed. If you wish for to sign up for direct deposit, you will need to sign up before 12 pm on December 13th to begin the December 22nd pay date.
W-2 forms will be distributed in January 2018. In preparation for this distribution, please review your address via your employee self-service (ESS) account. If your address is correct, no action is needed. If your address is incorrect, please complete a change of address form and return it to our office no later than December 31, 2017.

As a reminder, employees have the option of receiving the W2 form electronically. If you wish to receive an electronic W2, please sign up via ESS. If you signed up previously, no action is necessary, as the selection remains active year to year. Below are instructions regarding electronic W2s. If you wish to receive your 2017 W2 form electronically, you will need to sign up before December 31, 2017.
