This announcement is to provide you information regarding ATLAS (Apply, Train, Learn and Succeed), the new Learning Management Software system at California University of Pennsylvania. The Office of Human Resources and The Office of Social Equity will utilize this system to manage and track compliance trainings in addition to offering professional development trainings for faculty and staff.
PASSWORD INFORMATION
Please copy and paste the following link to Google Chrome or FireFox, https://esu.csod.com/. When you log in to the site the first time, your username is everything before the “@” symbol in your email address. Your password is P4ssword! After you log in, you will be prompted to create a permanent password. This username and password combination is independent of your University identification credentials. If you are having difficulties setting your password or using the site, please contact The Office of Human Resources at 724-938-4427 or by emailing training@calu.edu.
ATLAS HOMEPAGE
After you successfully log in to ATLAS with your permanent username and password combination, you will be taken to the ATLAS homepage. This screen displays your transcript, your inbox for ATLAS messages, and a welcome message. Under the “Learning” tab towards the top left corner of the screen, you will see a “Browse for Training” option. This tool is used to browse for additional trainings that you are not required to take, but may be interested in. When using the tabs, please do not click directly on them, but wait for a dropdown menu and then select one of the options.
SOCIAL EQUITY COMPLIANCE TRAINING
When conducting the compliance trainings, they are set up to be viewed without going to another window or tab and they last about 1-2 hours each. Please be sure that your computer’s speakers are enabled. If you are unable to finish the training in one sitting, you do have the option to pause the training and go back to it at your convenience. You will visit the section titled, “Your Transcript” to launch the compliance trainings.
The required Social Equity Trainings include the following – these trainings should be completed by June 30, 2018.
Intersections: Preventing Harassment & Sexual Violence (EDU)
Intersections: Supervisor Anti-Harassment & Title IX (EDU)
You will receive registration notifications after you are enrolled in the trainings next week.
FUTURE TRAININGS
You will receive emails from ATLAS for additional non-compliance trainings that are assigned to you. Please copy and paste the link from your ATLAS email to Google Chrome or FireFox as described above. You can access and launch these trainings from the Your Transcript section of the ATLAS homepage. You can browse and select additional trainings that are on the ATLAS system. We will be working with other schools to add training for faculty and staff.

In the home page there is a tab called “My Team.” You will be able to view a list of employees, track their training progress and assign training to employees in this section. More information for supervisors will follow.
