The Office of Multicultural Affairs and Diversity Education is now accepting applications for work-study, interns and student volunteers who are interested in enhancing California University’s commitment to diversity and social justice. Successful candidates will assist in a wide variety of educational and social programs and activities as well as represent the office at several university-wide functions.

Qualifications:

Must be enrolled as a Cal U student

Must be aware and committed to support and advocate for multicultural concerns

Must be available to work the minimum number of hours (4 for volunteer, 8 work study, 8 internship, per week)

Maintain a 2.5 cumulative G.P.A, undergraduate, 3.0 G.P.A., graduate

Not be found responsible for significant or repeated violations of University Code of Student Conduct.

Commit to participate in pre-semester staff training and development sessions and attend all regularly scheduled area staff meetings.

Experience with program planning, graphic design, social media is plus!
