STEM Lab Tutor Positions Fall 2018 and Spring 2019

 

The STEM Lab, located in Noss Hall 115, has open tutor positions for Fall 2018 and Spring 2019. There are many benefits from working as a STEM Lab tutor.  The tutor will:

Ø  Get paid

Ø  Build up a nice portfolio and resume for job purposes

Ø  Gain some job experience and improve their own skills

Ø  Claim, if possible, the tutoring experience as an internship with credits

Ø  Make friends with other peer tutors and tutees

Ø  Go through  tutor training workshops

Ø  Deepen their knowledge of math and other STEM disciplines

Ø  Have a flexible schedule set around his/her own courses and in campus

Ø  Inner satisfaction from making a positive difference in somebody’s life

 

Cal U undergraduate students in good standing and majoring in STEM disciplines(Mathematics, CSC, CIS, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Psychology, Biology and Earth Sciences) are welcome to apply. The STEM Lab offers free tutoring to Cal U students in math and STEM courses.
