Account Access During System
Upgrade August 31 - September 1

As part of our ongoing effort to improve your banking experience through technology, we’ll be upgrading our current banking system the weekend of August 31.

Throughout the upgrade, debit and credit cards, as well as ATM access, will function as normal. However, during the upgrade, please plan for the following impacts on your account access:

  • Online and Mobile Banking: You will not be able to log into your account from Friday, August 31 at 7 p.m. through late afternoon on Saturday, September 1.
     
  • Membership and Loan Applications: Our applications for new membership, products, and services will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, August 31 at 5 p.m. through early evening on Saturday, September 1.
     
  • Call Center Access: Our call centers will be closing at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 31 through Saturday, September 1 to support the upgrade. They will remain closed through Monday, September 3, due to the holiday. Normal call center hours will resume on Tuesday, September 4, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
     
  • Telephone Banking: Access to self-service Telephone Banking will be unavailable from Friday, August 31 at 7 p.m. through late afternoon on Saturday, September 1.

Please keep these changes to account access in mind and plan ahead accordingly to experience as little impact as possible. For more details on your account access during the upgrade, please visit psecu.com/upgrade.
