As a reminder, the only approved facluty and staff cloud storage for both Cal U and PASSHE is Microsoft OneDrive. If you are using Dropbox, Google, or any other cloud provider to store work related documents you are in violation of the Cloud Application Policy (https://www.calu.edu/inside/policies/_files/utech/CloudApplicationPolicy.pdf).
Violating this policy may result in you being held personally liable for information leaks or breaches. If you need any assistance moving information from an unauthorized cloud provide to OneDrive, please contact the help desk.
